A basic Text to speech app that reads text from the page.
Check out options for more settings.

Features:
- Click to read
- Ability to replace any word so you are not stuck with default pronunciations or abbreviations. The replace accepts either regex or => separated words
Example:

#Stop it from reading URLS:
erase=>http(?:s)?:\/\/[^\s]*[^ .]=>igm
#Replace Jan with January
RegEx=>\bJan.\b=>January.

Added support for OpenAI API endpoints, or if you're hosing a TTS server on your own machine.

Example:
If using {JSON} format, remove new line characters so it fits on a single line. the
"{TEXT}" string is what the program replaces with the text when sending the data to the server.

If using query string parameters, the part after text= in this example will submit the text to read, the parameter name could be anything it doesn't have to be 'text'
