There's no way to toggle it on. I haven't even used it and have 2000mb waiting to be used in extention but can't turn it on. Why would I pay for something I can't even try out in the first place if it's free?

TunnelBear extension should be automatic connect, it should connect to the previous server or county that were used before exiting the browser.. connecting manually every time is the downside of the extension. please fix that, than you

It's "ON" but doesn't connect to anywhere. Basically doesn't work. Dissapointed, considering the good quality their general VPN service is.
