This extension is meant for those who are interested in seeing alejo.io pronouns in the Twitch chat whilst also using 7TV, as at the time of writing, this is neither supported in the original alejo.io extension nor 7TV itself.
If you are not one such person who would like to see pronouns in the Twitch chat, you may consider not using the extension.
