I had some issues with Twitch where the video froze but the stream continues when my computer has a big workload. This extension fixed all of that and everything loads faster! Now that I'm used to the UI, I don't think I can ever go back!

I was amazed by how much better my Twitch experience got with this player. My internet is OK but both the official player and streamlink lag constantly, this one goes 1080p60 95% of the time without any lags. WP!

video to stop running after opening any channel and moving the mouse, only the audio continues to run.
I deactivated all addons leaving only the Alternate Player for Twitch.tv, anyway, the video stops working.

It's been great in the past 2 months that I've been using it, but recently the video has been freezing randomly like the other recent reviews say. Audio continues to play however. Simply pausing/unpausing as well as refreshing the tab will only give me a black video. I have to close and reopen the tab to fix it, but it will freeze again eventually. This doesn't happen in the native player. This is a great extension, please look into this issue!

I have the same problem reported by pasildan. It happens when i hover over any button from a extension. The screen freezes but the sound still playing. Don't happen in the Chrome only in Firefox.

*Update* I get the same outcome even after disabling webrender.
