When using our services, traffic data is processed. These are data necessary to set up communication. WeCloudit uses KPN's mobile network. KPN is able to make an accurate location determination when a call or data session is set up by looking at which cell tower is being used. WeCloudit can't access this information.

3 What do we use the information for?
3.1 Delivery of services, and invoicing
WeCloudit uses the aforementioned data primarily to deliver and improve the services you have taken. Think of delivering an order to the indicated address or setting up a phone call.
Based on these services and its consumption, WeCloudit draws up an invoice. This way you can see mobile costs incurred abroad, call costs, data consumption and more. The invoice does not list the calls or data sessions. An overview at the level of detail, for control and for your own administration, can be found in our customer portal.
3.2 Traffic management, network planning and quality of service
For the purpose of maintaining and improving our platform, we analyse data on the use of our network. We do this, among other things, so that we can adjust in time for possible overload, but above all to prevent this by planning and implementing targeted improvements. We can also use the information to see if there is a malfunction in the platform.
3.3 Security
Based on analyses on the call and Internet behavior, WeCloudit can proceed to limit certain destinations when exorbitant use is detected. Higher consumption than the average regular call behavior may indicate fraud. A blockade can limit fraud and abuse and prevent you from getting a huge account for costs you have not incurred yourself. WeCloudit also uses advanced techniques (such as firewalls, spam filters and virus scanners) to protect against security breaches, viruses, spam and malware.
3.4 Number view
WeCloudit always passes your number to the called number. This ensures that your number is visible to the other on the phone's display. This can be disabled by calling anonymously. However, we are legally obliged to always send the number to 112 when calling 112.

If someone harasss you by phone, you can report it to us and submit a request to us in writing to block the number of those whose annoying or malicious calls come from. If you harass someone else by phone, the other person can report it to us and make the same request. If we receive such a request, we will contact you. If the complaint persists, WeCloudit will, as last instance, provide your telephone number, name, address, and place of residence to the applicant.
3.8 Number retention and transfer service (COIN)
WeCloudit gives you the ability to keep your number when you switch from provider. To do this, we exchange data with your current, or next provider.
