This indicates issues either with downloaded streams (empty or has incorrect format) or with video converter
I deleted and reinstalled the downloader and the native aplications but stil not work?

This situation is getting worse: Quite often the downloader does not even recognize there are videos te be downloaded.

However, sometimes "Video download helper skews the audio and video tracks making the downlod difficult and unpleasant to watch. Your extension has never scewed the tracks... but only works about 70% of the time

Currently (Feb 2019) about 50% of videos can be downloaded. This occurs even on the same website, ie Youtube some can be downloaded others cant, and happens a lot with more obscure sites.
Also note that VLC media player is often needed to play the formats the videos are downloaded as.开发者回应

- 评分 3 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 14461053，6 年前Latest version 4.0.12 will not download files due to scoring if you have the native application installed on your PC too. Works fine if you uninstall it.

发布于 6 年前Please note that Native Application is only contain configuration files and required dependency libraries for streaming video support. You can check installer with any anti-malware soft to make sure it is totally safe.
