Downloads:

When the user triggers a download, we either download the URL directly, or for more complex downloads (M3U8 & MPD) we send the URL to the Video DownloadHelper native application on your computer (the URL is never sent to us).

Bug reports:

If our user reports a bug, the following is sent to our bug report platform: version number, user agent, OS, bug stack trace, origin of the download (we only record the domain name). We do not use or store any details about the identity of the bug reporter. No IP, no fingerprinting, no cookies, no ids. The bug report is anonymous.
