if the final product is going to have a giant, opaque watermark on it blocking the whole point of the app, then PLEASE put this app behind a normal, full-disclosure paywall page like a legitimate software for sale, instead of a bait and switch sample of pay-to-unlock features, like this. just be honest. there doesn't seem to be a way to uninstall the weird secondary app it requires, now, as my pc doesn't list it in programs, so it feels like malware despite the friendly reassurance on the download page.

I really like this VDH but it would be nice to be able to download in 360p format. Please give us that option. Thanks!

Downloads videos [not mp3 unless you pay], demands additional download of program, puts a QR code on top of the video if you do not pay. Drop this shite.

It looks like you could download things, but soon as you try, it immediately complains and tells you to install another app that bypasses Firefox's store so who knows what crap is in it.

Get's worse with every passing year. No longer usable due to watermarking and subscription requirements.

Not 100%, but works on most sites tried, best of all d/l apps tried. Mostly used with Firefox, couple times had to switch to Chrome, figured out that was due to ad blocker. Not used much on YouTube or social media. Very stable, and can d/l through browser/File Explorer, allowing 'save-as' renaming and changing save locations per d/l. Like the new sidebar, would like to be able to relocate it top/bottom/right, or detach it altogether. Thanks for great app!
