来自 Firefox 用户 14587546， 4 年前Very nice, would love to have a stop button on the control bar instead of depending on a shortcut, also a way to toggle DASH playback to fully buffer a video or a similar option
Edit: I guess I wasn't clear, when I said stop button, I didn't mean to simply pause a video, but to completely stop it from loading it, leaving it only with the thumbnail. While there is a shortcut that can be used thanks to the extension, the option to add it as a button on the control bar would be appreciated as well

Just wrote the long answer for you here: https://github.com/code4charity/YouTube-Extension/issues/581#issuecomment-1014280878 --- Please keep in mind it can be so frustrating, if not wrong to pressure us based on the one feature you grew fond of years ago, which we have not, which might be for a good reason. You might want to give 5 stars to support the cause rather than making it seem impossible for us to get 5 stars and get anywhere near as much visiblity as our work deserves. ----Browser extensions are unfortunately supposed/presented to be small/single-purpose. We still are avidly providing a 100 of the most wished and requested features without 100 times more success than easy extensions. This is many times more teditious than making our own site which would be fun/need no maintenance. We are volunteers. Youtube has a billion times more money than us. Many smiles!

- i think it's the best add-on for youtube for me (aside from ublock ofc). There is a LOT of options but i wish they were better categorized. It's a bit of a pain when you need to change one setting and you pretty much have to search manually through most of them (in other words category names are bad). Maybe add a search button or get list of changed options. And also then i used padding on progress bar hit it also pauses the video for me which it shouldn't.
- Enjoyable lots of good options. I just wish I could boost the volume with the click of an onscreen button like in Enhancer. Unless I'm missing something. 😅 Getting stretched thumbnails now on Channel Homes and searches. Also wouldn't mind if the 3 videos per row was an option.

'Collapsed' does the same as 'normal': When I open the stream the chat is there and I have to manually closed it via the X.
'Hide' removes the chat completely, but I dont want that.
When I have the live-stream open and go into the settings of the extension and change the live-chat setting to 'collapsed' it actually collapses the chat. But it doesnt do it automaticly, when I open a stream.

Recently it used to block youtube shorts in search results but after an update that feature has stopped working. Please consider looking into it in the future, other than that the extension is great.
