Worked for a long time until youtube UI changes. Now live chat no longer works unless the ext is disabled. Needs an update.

It's stuck to the left side of the screen and there is no option to change this.

Great idea but it could look better. For example all the buttons(like full screen etc.) that are usually on the bottom right get pushed to the middle because of the settings button which is really inconvenient. Also I ran into an issue where even after unchecking "Restrict in screen" when moving the pop out to my second monitor it's not showing up there. Like it's restricted to the monitor with the video.

A truly cool add-on with great opportunities !!! After using only two days, I can already say with confidence that the addon lacks just a few additional features: 1) It is not saved under any settings * (even if the chat is fixed in some position on the screen), then when the browser starts - the chat will still be reset to its standard location ... This causes inconvenience - you need to move it to a convenient place every time and carry out some re-settings again. 2) More important, but second in importance - if you hide the chat by pressing the "Hide chat" button - then after it is re-displayed, its actual size from the bottom will be "skewed" - the bottom line of the chat will be "cut off" in vain and nothing can be done about it ... The solution is just a complete reinstallation of the add-on.

One feature request:- Maybe keep the chat bar for typing a message while fullscreen too. Will help in interacting while in fullscreen.

There really wasnt a Add-On for Firefox to enable Youtube Live chat on fullscreen so far and change specific settings.
The option you have on Youtube for doing so isnt customizable and doesnt work on VODS.
So thank you for developing this and this deserves more attention.

Perfect for Hololive, other Vtubers, or any live stream on Youtube. Let's me get a similar chat experience to mobile on full screen, with even more customization.

Has a ton of settings and works well. Deserves a lot more attention.
