Can you include some small tutorial to configure this add?
I am a Linux user (debian 9 "Stretch") but I am a rookie and I do not know how to configure this add to work with MPV.

It works good but its addon tab pop-up every ~10 minutes and show hint "extended app not installed" or smth. Can you fix it please?

I wanted to open Youtube videos in Potplayer. I guess it should be possible with this extension. But I have no clue how. No idea how to set this up.

Linux user here. This add-on saves my CPU life! I can see web videos on MPV, SMPlayer, etc, etc, etc. Very customizable!

I'm using it to play youtube videos (and other urls) with mpv and it works.
The problem is that AFTER MPV finishes with the video and closes, yt2p gives me a notification that native app isn't installed (well, it is, latest version too) and it opens a new tab with yt2p settings.

It has potential, but there are no examples of commands, so I have no idea what the video string is supposed to be. Also seems to break embeds.
