I'm new to this extension. It adds an obnoxious floating purple bubble on the right side of the screen that pops up on a bunch of websites and then asks me to "check for deals". This creates attention fatigue. A very poor UX choice by the company.
Sure, I can click "disable for this session" or "disable for 30m" but I still shouldn't have to do that.
So far after a month, I've earned zero dollars. Not worth the hassle.

張貼於 1 年前Thank you for this feedback about our Rakuten Browser Extension. We are sorry this new feature isn't to your liking. You can slide this "bubble" out of the way, up and down the viewed page. Like you are aware, it can be hidden for 30 minutes or hidden for the shopping session. If, for some reason, you find this feature is not ideal for how you like to shop, you can uninstall our extension and shop by visiting our website, Rakuten.com, directly or by shopping from our app on any iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

張貼於 2 個月前You can get our extension back up and running by uninstalling it from your copy of Firefox (if installed). Then, you can download our Rakuten Browser Extension from our website, Rakuten.com, or through Firefox Browser Add-Ons page. I've literally lost hundreds of dollars since this app doesn't work. I've been promised money back, I click on what needs to be done, it's confirmed and NOTHING. It's a scam.

張貼於 7 個月前If you see you are making Shopping Trips and our extension is activating, then it may be some internet traffic filtering service or VPN is active or an issue with the merchant recognizing the order as eligible for Cash Back through us. - 評價 1 分，滿分 5 分來自 Firefox 使用者 16471973，8 個月前It said 20%. I used this as opposed to a promo with another website for vitamins. I got zilch. Nothing whatsoever after it popped up showing me 20%. Completed order.
