I've gotten multiple reports about Google Image Search not working but I and multiple people cannot reproduce this, sorry. This is an issue at Google, not with the addon and nothing that I can fix.

[EDIT] I pushed an update that changes the Google URL to Google Lens.

Works fine for me.
