This good but the sticky bad UI/UX , Should have header to easy move around, sometimes i drag sticky the intext move to. Need add header have close and minimaze

Does not appear on the right click. Can't annotate

Are you using 57.0b8? It is a beta version and that can be the cause. In version 56.0.1 it works fine.
