來自 Rainkeltoia，1 年前Extension is utterly broken - freezes Firefox and stops it from sending data, then the extension crashes. Support is a joke, asks for logs and doesn't read them, blaming the browser. This is the most recent update to the extension, it used to work just fine. It appears to have not undergone testing prior to release.

I want to assure you that we do review all logs submitted to us; however, identifying and resolving software conflicts can sometimes be complex and with limited outcomes.

Admittedly, I'm new to password managers, and with the exception of Ipass all the others have been additions to internet security packages, and I have found them lacking, with intermittent failings, but Nordpass has never failed me over the last 18 months. It works on my linux pc's just as well as Windows, and even has a non web browser (stand alone) version for networking logins. The email masking feature is a really useful feature meaning I dont have to share my email address with everyone and helps to stop spam.
