We are also constantly working on improving our user interface and autofill capabilities, aiming to make NordPass user-friendly and efficient. Could you specify what aspects of the interface you find less intuitive or any particular areas where you feel improvements are needed? - Good password manager, but terrible and slow customer service. I had to remove the MFA on my account due to a new phone and I did not have access to my recovery codes anymore. After jumping through several hoops, each taking a day for them to respond, I was suddenly asked to resubmit everything I had already submitted. I will rather reset all my passwords than deal with Nord in the future. Will definitely not consider any of their products again.
