來自 Firefox 使用者 18481257,1 年前In general I like Nord's products and I do use NordPass on other devices but I have to say that they really dropped the ball on this extension and their customer support.
I wrote them to inquire if it would be possible to add biometrics for Firefox. There is currently no support and I consider this a security hazard. They replied there is support and to look well in the settings. After 11 emails where I send them data, screenshots etc....they finally say 'We are sorry but there is currently no support for biometrics in Firefox'. This is a joke.
Use other password management tools, NordPass has no intention of making this one reliable or grow.
EDIT AFTER DEVELOPER RESPONSE (SEE BELOW):
If as they say, bio-metrics in Firefox is treated as a security hazard, this should have been the first response I get from their team. Opposed to no response after 11 emails and finally a relevant and informed response on a Firefox review months later.

張貼於 1 年前Hello, I am Dominik and I am responsible for product at NordPass. Situation is exactly opposite, because for now availability of biometrics on Firefox on MacOS is treated as security hazard. That's why we don't support Firefox MacOS with our authenticator (two-factor codes) in the browser extension. We do support though Firefox on Windows, as well as other browsers like Chrome and sister chromium-based browsers.
We don't know yet when we're going to unlock biometrics on Firefox MacOS back, but probably not sooner than in 2025. Let me know if that answers your concerns.

Response to dev: My autolock is set to "Never". Weirdly, today my NordPass didn't log out despite my PC having been turned off, so I'm unsure what's causing it usually.開發者回應

I love the convenience of the autofill. Knowing I have very secure passwords for all my accounts AND not having to remember them or record them somewhere is so convenient. And even if autofill doesn't work, it's easy to go into NordPass and copy and paste the password. Works great on my PC and my phone. Now, if NordPass gets hacked or goes down I may be in a heap of trouble but I'm confident that they are making sure the site is secure.

- 評價 1 分,滿分 5 分來自 Rockwell_666,25 天前This extension is extremely fickle. I have no problem on some websites, but not on others.
Even when I have a saved password, it doesn't autofill my details, nor give me the NordPass drop downs.
Also if I right click on the ID/ Password boxes, it only gives me the option to "manage passwords", but not "use saved password."
Sometimes, if I keep trying to log in, NordPass suddenly wakes up and says "Oh, you've got saved details for this site, would you like to log in?"
This is very frustrating, because there seems to be no reason for it.開發者回應

Our team is available 24/7 at support.nordpass.com. - 評價 1 分,滿分 5 分來自 Firefox 使用者 12575218,1 個月前If the 'Allow NordPass to process user interaction data and error logs (optional)' permission is disabled, Nordpass will open a new 'Your privacy settings' tab where you have to click 'Accept' before letting you use the add-on. EVERY TIME THE BROWSER IS OPENED.
If the permission is enabled, the extension logs in by itself.
This behavior for a so-called 'optional' setting is ridiculous. This has been going on for weeks and if it doesn't stop I'm going to change password managers and then they will stop getting ANY of my data. It feels like I'm being shaken down by a service I'm paying for.開發者回應
