I love the purpose of this app - however, it would be nice to be able to change/remove password options when they come up at the top right of the screen. You have to go into the website to make changes. For me, that distracts me from my current task as I start to edit/remove and even add passwords while there instead of continuing on with my original task. Other than that I would have to say that a 5 star rating is definitely deserved.

- Good password manager, but terrible and slow customer service. I had to remove the MFA on my account due to a new phone and I did not have access to my recovery codes anymore. After jumping through several hoops, each taking a day for them to respond, I was suddenly asked to resubmit everything I had already submitted. I will rather reset all my passwords than deal with Nord in the future. Will definitely not consider any of their products again.
