Please reach out to us at support@nordvpn.com - we'd be happy to help you get the services while residing in countries with internet restrictions! -Drea- I'm sure I would love this extension if it worked. Unfortunately, since it does not run login through an obfuscated server almost every work and public WiFi network blocks the ability to log in through the extension.
Nord, please add this as a feature. It's absolutely excellent in the app.開發者回應

Falls Sie weitere Probleme haben oder die langsamen Verbindungen beheben möchten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte jederzeit unter support.nordvpn.com! -Neo- I'm very dissatisfied with this app and their service, it simply doesn't work as it should. Sometimes it doesn't autoconnect, other times the internet connection stop working because of the app and I have to manually disconnect or reset the connection. There are times that I can't even log in because their log-in interface doesn't work. I don't like it and I'll be switching to another provider when my subscription ends.

Then I tried disabling all other add-ons and it worked! It's working even all disabled add-ons are re-enabled again so I can't tell what caused this. It may just be some other extension, it may be Firefox glitch or NordVpn extension issue. Until I figure this out it's 4 stars. Otherwise it's 5.
- Logs you out without any reason, then asks for login and fails to do it correctly. Requires re-installation, and only after it finally works. I have only 4 other add-ons, which are some of the most popular on Firefox, all of them I basically mandatory for most users. So that dumb excuse from NordVPN developers, that it is not their fault, it is some bad bad third-party add-on interfere with theirs, is kinda funny in that case. There is no bad interference and even if there is, it is your badly written code cause this problem. Happens way too often, so I've cancelled subscription.

Works only once, when you remove and reinstall the add-on but the add-on immediately gets stuck again. Firefox is my main browser, so I have to cancel my subscription...

June-2021:
It got really bad, broken Login! Claims "succesfully connected" to NordVPN in pop up window while exension icon shows it is not. NordVPN suggests to reinstall the extension but that's just a temporary fix; I'm getting tired of re-installing every week or so and perhaps it's time to trash it if NordVPN can't resolve it for good.開發者回應

Everything works only a single time once you uninstall/reinstall the extension. But once you log in and make your selections, it reverts to its broken state the next time you start the Firefox browser.
NordVPN, you need to spend less on ads and more on development, because ultimately it's the users who will determine whether or not to keep using (ie. $$$PAYING FOR$$$) your service.開發者回應

Other add-ons are showing okay. Installing another new add-on is okay so I guess it's the Add-on problem.
Toggling to enable/unable the add-on or reinstalling is not fixing the issue.
