- 評價 3 分，滿分 5 分來自 MrSchwensson，2 個月前A great VPN. Lately I've had to log into it every time I open Firefox. It just logs me out every time the browser is closed. This started happening like 2 weeks ago and still no fix. If that issue weren't prominent, it would be 5 stars.

- 評價 3 分，滿分 5 分來自 Firefox 使用者 18443852，8 個月前Their service deteriorated rapidly since about a year and a half ago. Speeds were secretly throttled, DNS was leaking, and frequent connection problems. I was strongly against using Nord. Recently it seems most of those problems were finally reverted/fixed and now back to normal. While it took way way too long, I can change my review to neutral for now. Hopefully it only gets better from here and they dont mess things up again.

Do not hesitate to contact our customer support team whenever you experience any issues with our VPN app. Our customer support team is online 24/7 at support.nordvpn.com. -D.I - It's very useful but it often occurs that, after few minutes of normal working, suddlendly happens that it's impossibile continue browsing (all web sites unreachable, no connection, not possible restart any vpn tunneling). There's no way to restore the functionality. You can only restart the browser completely and the extension will restarts to work. This is the only way. Quite frustrating.

If the issues persist after doing so, do not hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@nordvpn.com, and they will be happy to assist you further. -E.G. - While it's possible to use it in tandem with the Desktop app via split tunneling, the overall experience is frustrating.
Unlike the full version, the Firefox version suffers from intentionally slow speeds (with "a cap of 100 Mbps set on squid services to prevent the saturation of server ports through proxy connections").
NordVPN itself lives up to the hype, but it's better to just use the Desktop version at the moment.開發者回應

Please reach out to our support team at support@nordvpn.com with more details, and they will be happy to assist you! -E.G. - If your Firefox crash after NordVPN's April 2024 update, use the Task Manager to shutdown Firefox completely.
Then press shift when you restart Firefox, you should be able to use Firefox without any extension enabled ( safe mode ).
Disable NordVPN extension and restart Firefox, you should be able to use Firefox normaly for now.開發者回應
