Podkreślenia działają. Jest natomiast problem z pdf. Rozszerzenie przechwytuje je - niezależnie do ustawienia - a potem pdf nie można zapisać.

Yes, you're correct.
I submitted a new version that does not handle PDFs by default.
To handle and highlight PDFs, you now need to open Yawas's preferences in about:addons and check the 'handle PDF' checkbox.
