Just to clarify, the download button won't appear automatically on video pages. Instead, please follow these steps:
Click on the extension icon in the top-right corner of your Firefox browser.
A small window will open – paste the video URL you want to download.
Choose your desired resolution, then click the Download button.
The video will take a moment to process.
Once ready, a "Download to your device" button will appear – click that to start the download.
You can track the download progress in the Firefox Download Manager.

For now, it works smoothly on desktop platforms like Windows, Mac, and Linux. The interface is clunky, requiring a cut-n-paste of the URL and sometimes the recommended retry is required. But worse, stats about the video are not displayed in the file manager after the video is downloaded. It seems to play but in the player, the total time is undisplayed. It's like having a corrupted video that is unindexed.

If you're using an Android or iPhone device, the extension might not be working as expected at the moment. We're currently working on an update to make the extension compatible with Android and iPhone devices. However, it is fully functional on desktop devices like Windows, Mac, and Linux.
