wót Wužywaŕ Firefox 13340920, 4 years agoThis extension made it impossible to login to a website that gives you the option to use a username OR email address. If using a username it makes your password invisible to the website. I uninstalled this extension.
Send me an email address and I'll send a screenshot.
As you'll see, the password box is filled in and the error message says "Can't be blank".
I believe that the presence of the relay icon is interfering with text in the password box.
I had been trying to login most of the day and having this problem. Brighteon is upgrading their site and I think the icon is viewed as a security risk, or somehow causing the password to not be visible.
This problem only started since Brighteon's upgrade and this was never an issue until today.

jo se napisał 4 years agoSee if it helps to disable the in-page icon in the settings panel. Toggle the "Show the Relay icon in email fields on websites" setting OFF.

- Z 3 z 5 pógódnośonywót Chribs Main, 2 months agoIt's useful, however the addon itself should be an option in settings instead as it's extremely slow and buggy in it's current state. It's the exact same on my brothers Windows machine, whereas Im on linux. Please either optimise this addon, or just have it as a OPT-IN setting.

- Z 2 z 5 pógódnośonywót Rochken, 3 months agoA good extension in theory, ive tried to like it and use it instead of the Duckduck Go version and and i just cant, purely because it just doesnt remove any trackers from the emails at all, literally none, i even tested this against DDG by signing up for a mail list once with DDG and once with Relay, DDG removed several trackers and Relay removed none, therefore it is essentially useless.

Either mozilla care about privacy or doesn't, but it has to make a clear choice.Wótegrono wuwijarja

I’d really appreciate it if the Relay extension could require fewer permissions to install. Ideally, it would work with minimal permissions and offer optional extra permissions for an improved UI. Right now I’m not comfortable granting “access to all website data.”Wótegrono wuwijarja
