- it requires you to have your own backend with a data compression server running on it. A SERVER. Like, you have to write your own backend for this extension to work. That's hilarious - if i was going to write my own image compression backend, why would i pair it with an extension made by some russian guy?

- A life saver for those who are on limited bandwidth. Also I don't understand why some are whining in the reviews down below. Like what do they expect? Running a compression server costs money. Some people expect everything to be given for free.
Also, there are many ways to deploy your own compression service for free on the internet.
