I ain't mad about devs trying to monetize a wildly successful product, and I ain't even mad about choosing a freemium model. But making the existing free features actively worse, and shoving the paid model in your face at every opportunity is just comically nasty. Y'all ain't a triple A games studio. And even those don't get away with it this audaciously.

This seems to change the timestamps to 12-hour format and I can't find where to change it so it displays in the "correct" way.

Addon used to be great but it hasn't been functioning correctly since the start of this year. The addon used to show emotes in chat , it used to auto accept channel points ect and it doesn't do this anymore.

i can see the emotes when others use them but i dont have a button to use them myself. i need to remember the name of each one

This add on has stopped working since the start of 2025. Please fix it.

can also vouch for the other reviews saying the BTTV extension suddenly stopped working. issues began arising for me on 2025-01-23, with the emote button disappearing when clicking on it. not sure how it can be replicated on the developer's end, but i hope it can be soon fixed for those of us affected by the issue.

Disable Autoplay on homepage doesn't work anymore

For me it wont auto claim drops, i also do have it enabled in settings

Doesn't claim channel points, which is the one thing I want it to do.

Edit: I finally figured out how to work this extension, auto claim does work, so 1 star added. Instead of using the usual convention of dropdown menu from the extension button like EVERY OTHER EXTENSION IN EXISTENCE, they hide their settings at the bottom of the Twitch Chat Settings. Horribly designed ux. Move this to a normal place and I'll update the score more. Or your first screenshot should be a giant red arrow pointing to the Twitch chat settings where this is hidden.

Inconsistency with emote menu on version 7.4.8; menu will not appear on some streams but does appear on others. Varies between replacing emote menu, adding a second emote menu next to settings button, and not showing the BTTV emote menu at all.

I miss that I could have the emotes locked.

the new emote menu isnt good. having them separate was better. it is especially annoying that the new menu takes away the "favorite" emotes menu.

addon settings keep reseting for a year now, any fix?

Normally a great extension, but currently doesn't even show up in firefox and doesn't work at all.
