It's very useful to search your Gist and accessing them in a quick way. It would be great if add a copy button to copy content of the Gist without opening the GitHub.

This extension works as advertised, and it's fast and reliable. I would love if the appearance was a bit more customizable (e.g. list sorting, light/dark theme, fonts, etc) but functionally it works perfectly.
