Simple and effective. I noticed that, when slightly tired, I tend to regularly click on the bloody status button in spite of NOT being interested at all in people's self glorifications. That had to stop and this solves the problem once and (hopefully) for all.

Hey, can you add a button to remove Gifs icon, i get too distracted by them and lose track of conversations. would be very helpful, thank you.

Update: Yes, i mean specifically the "Gifs" section inside the pop-up.

Though i wouldn't mind it if you simply make a hide button for "Emojis, Gifs and Stickers" icon altogether since i can still use emojis using shortcuts like ":cat".
