    there's still an issue (which was reported 2 months ago) where when you open the extension, a page about data collection shows up and it cannot be scrolled down and accepted so I cannot use the extension at all

    This issue was indeed reported two months ago, and we issued a bug fix for it a couple weeks after it was identified. Please contact us at support@thirdiron.com , because if you are using the latest version, you should not be experiencing this issue.     When I open the extension it shows a page about data collection. However, the text goes off the pane of the extension and so I can't see the accept button, and thus don't actually have a way to proceed. So I can't use the extension at all.
