Perhaps with Firefox/Waterfox on Windows desktop it works fine. But with Firefox on Android it doesn't work most of the time.
When I mark text of a website the toolbar should appear below the marked text. But it doesn't. It appeared 2 times for me. The second time I even could mark and unmark text and it would appear every time. That was yesterday.
Today I just tested it again and nothing happened. It's really not reliable.

To better understand the issue, would you mind providing some additional information?

It would be great to know about
- example websites where the toolbar did not appear for you reliably,
- if there are any other plugins you are using (which might potentially conflict),
- and the version of your firefox browser.
