This extension is still needed because TrashFox decides to stack multiple opened middle click new tabs next to last one instead of always next to current tab.

If you middle click multiple links on the same page, without this addon, the last opened link is always the most further one while I wanted my tabs to always be opened just next to current one no matter how many tabs I've already opened there.

It is a shame for this browser that one of most common tab management option is non-existent and requires this addon to fix.

Didn't realize, how much I needed this, das exactly what it's supposed to

Inside tab groups, the new tab doesn't open right next to the current tab but two tabs to the right.

Works as intended with some problems, especially in newer versions. Be careful since it can crash Firefox if you're using Wayland in Linux.

It works, except for the fact that it jumps you to the end all the same. Fixing that would make this perfect. Much better than the default, though.

browser.tabs.insertAfterCurrent didn't work for me, but this works perfectly
