Does not work...

I download the communicator zip file. Extract. Run the .exe and it tells me that a newer version is available, only give me the option to "update". Opens a webpage to your site so I can download the .zip file I already have. Repeat.

Owo communicator 25.0 cannot install. It says "A new version is available...", what is not true, and exit

Hi: Your instructions and the "helper app" that must be downloaded are all WINDOWS specific. How does thsi install on a MAC OSX????
.exe files or appls will NOT work on a mac. Thanks.
