Works well, when it does. After using the extension for little over a few weeks, it randomly stopped actually changing my location/IP even though it says "Connected". Huge security risk, If this does happen to you, I would try disallowing and reallowing the browser to control your browser traffic, but this is a massive and unnecessary inconvenience.

Honestly the worst extension I've ever used. Idk, maybe all vpn extensions are garbage, but holy hell this is garbage. Are they even trying? Will constantly crash in such a way that you have to completely disable it to use your browser in any way shape or form, and completely uninstall it and then reinstall it to get it to work again. Sometimes even after disabling and re-enabling it, it'll still stop working a minute later.

And don't misunderstand me. By constantly, I mean literally every time you use it after your computer has slept. Honestly, at this point I'm giving up, uninstalling it, and reporting it to mozilla, for breaking the browser.

And don't give me the "That doesn't sound right, can you share more details" bull, there are literally a hundred reviews saying the exact same thing. Try using your own product and figuring it out on your own.

v1.2.10 freezes every connection after wakeup from sleep on Windows, have to disable addon to get it working again.

Works perfectly for a few minutes, then it simply freezes, both the extension and the entire connection. You can only fix this by disabling the extension. But when you enable it again, this happens again. And the only way to restore it is to completely reinstall it, only for this to happen again a few minutes later.

Россия. Не работает даже открытие окна расширения. А на сайт ProtonVPN без прокси и других средств войти невозможно.

Причём на телефоне (Android) подключение удаётся через раз, а как расширение для браузера или служба (в Linux) не работает -- не удаётся подключиться.

Как оно может обходить блокировки и прочее, если само недоступно -- непонятно.

the only reason why I downloaded this was to have a free vpn which can change my location. you have to pay money to select which country server you use.

Maybe it's because I'm on the Windows 7 ESR version of Firefox, but this addon just doesn't work for me at all, clicking on it just gives me a "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource" message. A pity because I have the standalone program and the android app and love them both, but sometimes I just want to use a VPN for a couple of websites rather than for all my internet traffic.

(После установки требует обновить его. ) Я немного некорректно / неправильно выразился данный впн просто не может подключится выдавая вот это при его открытии - NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource. Ну в любом сучили он не работает в России из за агрессивных блокировок.
