long learning curve and insufficient clues

It wont work with Firefox in Win 11

It works well occasionally but about the time it seems to be working well they issue an update and the updates do not seem to be tested very well because about 50% of the time , I lose functionality. It is usually a good place to store passwords but autofill and autologin are hit or miss. They claim PHONE Support but I can't remember ever being able to access it , because you have to go through chat and then submit tickets and wait for answers , so the reality of trying to reach phone support is they have you jump through so many hoops that the problem may get solved but it is the same slow tedious process that every other company uses today

Somehow this add-on is breaking some websites for me. After disabling - starts working.

Hard to understand. Not too user friendly

THE ONLY THING I DO NOT LIKE IS HAVING TO PUT THAT MASTER PASSWORD SEVERAL TIMES IN A DAY. I 'M THE ONLY WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY LAPTOP, SO IS THERE SOME WAY TO HAVE THAT REMOVED?

IfI could get the application to start, maybe I could write a better review.

I've used RoboForm almost since inception. It now no longer works at all in Firefox. The icon is greyed out--and removing and reinstalling does not work. Unable to find a fix as of yet. I rely on this daily and this is disappointing--no changes/updates to Firefox were made when it stopped working.

Works about 20% of the time. Autofill does not work as advertised.
