Often I must close my browser and re-connect and sometimes it won't reconnect to the same country. I don't know why that it - it may be something my ISP does (I'm in Thailand at the moment). Still it is better than nothing and it is free. I just wish it wouldn't hang ALL the time as I use my PC for hours and hours at a time.

About 1.5 years ago both free and premium versions worked well. I bought 1-3 months subscriptions several times to make sure it is worth it and eventually paid for the whole year. I know that restrictions are getting worse and worse but even before the problem got so severe this VPN stopped working properly whileas a lot of other VPNs kept on doing their job even in free versions. Customer's support refused to give a refund due to their policy and stolled for the time promising to fix those problems (nearly a year has passed, guys!)
