Make your sidebar appears on mouse hover or fixed , put an icon pin on the top. Side view should not depend on sidebar , you must put it on left or right , when you click the part of the icon hide the slide view, , when you click the right part of the icon list the tabs , or just forget to list the tabs. Don't show at the top side view, put something on the tab . You are so close to win to wavebox in everything. Make an option to only show tabs from an specific group on the topside bar so the vertical side bar , can handlee all the groups, but you can have both.

Very cool feature. Needs tabs or a way to have shortcuts so I can add Instagram, Whatsapp, etc as separate buttons that open that website in the side view.

I'd like to use an option within Firefox to have my social media in the sidebar instead of using Ferdium (or something like that), so that when I open another application in the sidebar it doesn't close and close everything I was previously viewing. I don't mind the resources that this might consume.

Would be great if the page didn't reload every time I switch to a different sidebar extension, though I think this has more to do with the way sidebar extensions work in general than this one in particular. Other than that, the only feature I would suggest adding is a navigation bar specifically for the side view page (including address bar, back, forward, and refresh; maybe even the ability for multiple tabs within the side view - make it sort of a mobile browser within the desktop browser).

The implementation is a bit clunky. It has some issues:

- The Back and Forward navigation doesn't work! 😦
- The Context menu is a smaller version than the Context menu when opened in the normal panel. It misses multiple entries, like the top navigation icons.
- It doesn't support loading pages by drag & drop from the Bookmarks toolbar or the address bar's lock icon.
- Also, Dark Reader doesn't work in the Side View panel. 🤷

It's a pity that this add-on is implemented half-baked. Because split tab functionality is very useful.

very useful extension for me, it works perfectly as I want it to be. one thing I dislike is that somehow this extension always make pinterest shows in mobile mode and I have to disable this extension so my pinterest works normally. hopefully dev will fix it soon.

Nice extension, but for some reason when I use it, Pinterest only opens in the browser (not in the sidebar) in the mobile version and not the desktop version

Unfortunately disabled because since mid of June stopped google meet from loading showing a "redirection error" message.

I love it! I run AI chat in the side view, always available for me.

I'd given it 5 stars if it had more options, like the option to specify shortcuts to different pages or setting a default page to load in it at startup.

Looks bad in dark mode. The icon of the extension is black on dark background. Also would be cool if the list of recent and current tabs changed to a dark theme when dark mode is enabled. Please remove the icon in the website context menu. Context menus had icons in earlier versions of Firefox but all of the icons got removed.

Best for work. I can use two tab together.
