The only thing I would wish is that that would highlight a little bit more obvious which tab you on when it changes to a darker color like on my Mac M1, and on windows, the black/dark purple and certain colors like really bright, yellow/white, etc.
It's harder to tell which tab it's on making it easier to close because all the tabs blend into the same color. Sometimes with certain color super dark or in general, the color black/purple. (color used in the Firefox review section or solid black) all the tabs blended into one you normally have to scroll up until it changes colors to make it more obvious to close.
On some website, it has two colors so it won't change colors making all your tabs in one color if you have multiple. Example:
you're reading multiple articles, have multiple tabs open on same website to read, than close. have multiple tabs open. At a glance, you can't tell which one to close because the icon is the same, and the colors is completely solid and all the tabs become completely solid. Sometimes making you close the in-correct tab, then have to reopen it using a shortcut and find the one you want to close because it's not obvious
This only happens if there's multiple tabs obviously and then you can't use the icon as guidance because they're all the same color. The only way you can easily tell if media is playing because it highlight with media files playing.
It would be easier if they made something surrounding it to make it obvious which tab is the one you're seeing, to make it easy to close at a glance, without using hover or moving the page around to force it to change to a color. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13458279, 11 days ago
