- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 16521546, 4 years agoNormally Eno works very well for me. It's a great tool! It somewhat frequently gets stuck on a loading screen when I use it and I have to refresh the page. Kind of annoying, but not a huge issue.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14051185, 4 years agoIt doesn't like my phone number, the phone number I used an entire hour ago to verify my brand new capital one account.
Support couldn't help, their suggestion boiled down to "try again later".
I really wish I could just use a website instead of a shitty broken addon.
EDIT:
I am not on those platforms.
I was on the phone with your website support yesterday, if you think you can do better than your existing website support, please provide a reasonable support channel like an email address.Developer response

- Rated 1 out of 5by DFW, 4 years agoI have to restart via the website EVERY time I try to use this extension!! Anyone have a method to keep this from happening??
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16769282, 4 years agoDoes not work! Only says "Checking Session" indefinitely. Before the last update I had to re-register my card every time I wanted to use it. A real pain in the _ss to use.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Matthew L Daniel, 4 years agoas an update to my review, my experience has now crossed over into pure hatred for this piece of junk, and my opinion of Capital One has gone down because of it. How hard can it possibly be to just allow a not stupid login system like browsers have had for generations

It's a great security feature, but is a little hit-or-miss whether it logs in or not, and it makes me sad I can't just use it in my Banking container to generate numbers, since that defeats the purpose of having containers in FirefoxDeveloper response

Ubuntu Linux 21.10 Firefox 86.0. I wouldn't be caught dead on social media. If you need more information, jgd (at) neon-john.com.
I have always had "delete cookies on exit" set and will continue to do so and use the "manage cookies" feature to save vital cookies. You need to specify the third party cookie site that should be in the exceptions file. There is now "enable third party cookies" setting in this version of firefox.
suggestion: Instead of trying to figure out a CC input form, simply provide the user a button to create a new number for the current checkout page. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14883254, 4 years ago

Thanks again! - Rated 5 out of 5by GizmoGurk, 4 years agoI see a lot of people having problems, but so far it's been working like a champ for me, even on my Mac. Super quick and easy compared to what I had been using with another card company.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Dr. j, 4 years agoWorks great! If your card gets stolen from a website, it's isolated to that website, so it reduces the issue.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16180882, 4 years ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by SKSSF, 4 years agoThe good:
* This automates online shopping with the added security benefit of generating individual credit card numbers.
The bad:
* Seems like I have to relogin frequently, even though I've turned on "express login" (or whatever it's called).
* The animations really slow down usability. Animations are cute, but when I have to wait for the animation to finish before I can see the entire credit card number, that's just wasting my time.
* It's buggy--sometimes I have to reload a page several times before the Eno popup will fully load.
It's a step in the right direction, hope that their developers are working to rectify the issues.Developer response
