- Rated 3 out of 5by Mug, 4 months agoIt's good overall, the floating widget works pretty well and is responsive. Strange thing is that a few websites are broken while this extension is enabled (e.g. logging onto Cloudinary console), possibly because of the way it injects the floating button into webpages, and even though it has a whitelist the fact that you can't manually add items to the whitelist from the extension's settings - you have to do it from the floating button loaded on that website - means that I can't fix it from my end and gotta resort to disabling the extension to use those websites. Very stupid design. Let us fully manage the whitelists in the options page.
The floating button in textboxes on general sites is also more annoying than useful, thankfully we can disable it but it'd be better to change its behaviour to get out of the way. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18676483, 4 months ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by Crixs, 5 months agoIt has some conflict with some sites. For example, in outlook when I click one link, it will open two tabs. And in another internal site it will block some frame load. So I need to uninstall this extension use the desktop application.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Ryan McLaughlin, 10 months agoAdd-on works well when it works. -1 star as getting the typing translation feature to work on reddit is difficult and often just doesn't work. -1 star for no full page translation, needing to select everything manually is a pain.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Nightingale, a year agoNeat add-on, but unfortunately it breaks our internal sonatype-nexus 2 site and leads to the page getting stuck loading itself.
Please fix, sadly I have to disable this add-on for the time being, because I REQUIRE the site to work properly. - Rated 3 out of 5by Antihero, a year agoBaseret på begrænset funktioner, uden abonnement. Da det er muligt, at oversætte hele siden, direkte fra Firefox, uden betaling, er denne udvidelse - ukonkurrencedygtig.
Ellers solidt skrivebordssoftware, fra en lovende virksomhed. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14540327, a year ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 15194270, a year agoIt is a decent extension that translates whole pages from languages I don't know. However, it requires me to login every single day which is annoying. I am not sure if that is because:
- I use Firefox and Brave browser and I have the extension for both of them.
- I use it in multiple systems (Windows, Linux) and on multiple PCs (two at home, one at the office).
It would get 5 stars but it is annoying to have to login every time I switch to another system or another PC. - Rated 3 out of 5by FuckOff, a year ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by Noelle, a year agoBeen having the same issue as fellow reviewer Raşit. Makes me unable to type in the field if it gets unfocused. Very good and accurate translations, but the extension just makes most websites unusable.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 13331583, a year agoTut was es soll.
Mal was einstellen muss. Man hat ja schon bei der Installation was bestätigt.
Intuitiv geht anders. - Rated 3 out of 5by kcl, a year ago1. There is no option for automatically translating selected text without having to click on the DeepL icon. This feature exists in other translation extensions (e.g. Simple Translate).
2. When you try to translate a text written in your native language, DeepL does not automatically translate it into a pre-selected language, but simply recopies the text, which is obviously pointless.
3. I tested the "write with DeepL" function on Reddit, but it's still too buggy and I didn't manage to use it.
4. DeepL still does not support Esperanto, which is the most widely spoken international auxiliary language in the world, with around 2 million speakers (in comparison, Estonian, supported by DeepL, is spoken by around 1.1 million people).
