Reviews for Proton Pass
Proton Pass by Proton

Rated 4 out of 5
by David Ward, 4 months agoI would rate 5 stars, but updates to the Firefox extension don't keep up with those to the Chrome extension. For example, Proton Pass introduced custom item types a while back, and within like a day, all their clients (mac, linux, chrome extension, etc) rolled out an updated version that supports them. Well, all except for the Firefox extension. Thus, custom item types can't even be seen - much less used - within Firefox. Otherwise this is a great extension with a pleasant UI.

posted 4 months agoThank you for your review. The update for the Proton Pass Firefox extension is coming soon. Firefox sometimes takes a longer time to validate the updates of our extension, therefore the Firefox extension may receive the updated version and make it available to users a bit later after its release. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.

As a free offering, it's pretty good. As a paid offering, it is, with the exception of aliases, pretty awful. Autofill is incredibly inconsistent, frustrating to use and all around unreliable.Developer response
posted 5 days agoHi! We're working on improving the autofill feature for all websites/services reported by our users. Store and generate passwords and all your credentials. Remember just one password. Generate secure passwords. Create aliases for your main email. Etc.

- Rated 5 out of 5by kmg, 8 days agoGreat addon. Using Proton Pass together with other Proton services for many years now. I couldn't say anything wrong about it. I trust Proton with all my secret data. I do admire constant development of the services. Never let me down.
Go ahead and give it a try. 100% reliable. - Rated 4 out of 5by Filip, 8 days ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 16042479, 9 days agoI would have given 5 stars, but credit card field autofill still doesn’t work — even though Proton Pass has supported saving cards for over a year now.
Everything else works really well, but this missing feature is quite frustrating for daily use. Hoping it gets implemented soon!Developer response
posted 7 days agoHi! This is planned, we just don't have an exact date to share with you right now. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates! - Rated 5 out of 5by feinstark, 9 days agoNo issues. Good interface, has all the features you'd expect and works like a charm (and I consider myself kind of spoiled after using Bitwarden for years).
