- Rated 4 out of 5by bbucommander, 2 days agoI prefer Bitwarden in terms of password manager features and to avoid having all my eggs in one Proton basket, but I must say the integration of alias email addresses in Proton Pass is extremely useful.

- Rated 4 out of 5by kurogane79, 13 days agoI generally like the extension. it does what is advertised, but i remove one star, because you can ruin your logins if you dont be careful,.. when you generate a new login and fake email... it can happen, that something doesnt get saved

With the addition of file attachments arriving soon it can replace my 1Password subscription completely.
I don't like the PIN-login though, I would prefer to use my Proton Password or Windows Hello.Developer response
posted 11 days agoThank you for your review. Keep in mind that you can disable the PIN code in the extension settings if you don't wish to use one (proton.me/support/proton-pass-pin). On another note, you can set up an extra password if you'd like more security (proton.me/support/pass-extra-password). Meanwhile, we've made sure to share your feedback with the team accordingly. - Rated 4 out of 5by donderwolk, 19 days ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Frozux, 24 days agoL' extension est super.

The extension is great. It's a shame that it's too linked to the proton count.
It would be nice to be able to sync at least one vault via the 100 KB Firefox Sync storage that every Firefox extension has, or better, via a database file, like KeePass.
Subfolders, as in KeePass would also be welcome.
I'm waiting for an answer, Proton:)Developer response
posted 16 days agoThank you for your review. Your Proton Pass entries are stored on Proton's servers with zero-access encryption. Nonetheless, we've documented your feedback regarding this, as well as subfolders, for future consideration. I have to manually create the account, and after logging in, it asks again if I want to save the new login. A bit annoying. Otherwise, a great add-on!

- Rated 4 out of 5by Trev, a month agoThis has been the best password manager I have ever used. It would be great if the browser extension would allow us to zoom in on the info or enlarge the font because sometimes it is too small to read.

- disable autosave for this website doesn't seem to work
- defaults to individual vaults rather than all log-ins, which means I often have to manually change to find the password that I need (and was very confusing before I realised this was happening)
- can't/doesn't offer auto-populate when pages have a small pop-up login rather than the login elements being displayed in the page (although this depends on the exact website)Developer response
posted a month agoThank you for your feedback. Could you share more details about these issues so we can have a better understanding? Which specific websites are you experiencing the autosave and autofill issues with? Are you using any other extensions for privacy/security purposes? Please contact us using the 'Feedback & Help' option with more details so we can help. Meanwhile, we've taken note of your feedback accordingly. - Rated 4 out of 5by Israel, a month ago

So much so i paid for lifetime. The reason i can't give 5 stars is friction. Proton pass can't recognize some login fields and doesn't give you a easy way to handle that situation. You have pin it to the toolbar or navigate to it from extensions, open the extension, find the login info, copy it and paste it yourself. THERE IS NO EASIER WAY. What this extension really needs is a "right click menu button" to customize behavior or at least give you access to login information and fill the field i right clicked up by itself.
I really love proton pass. Please just give us RIGHT CLICK MENU !!!Developer response

The only change I'd like to see, is being able to make different folders for different types of accounts. For instance, maybe you'd have an account for business or shopping, or even for websites/passwords that you don't want someone else to see.

I have already contacted support about this, but nothing happens. Proton Pass always suggests creating a new passmail address on this page instead of entering the saved access data. So I have to copy and paste manually.

I have it synced with the Android app and it is nearly perfect! (It still has some quirks with some websites and requires one or two retries if the app was not previously unlocked)

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 12764550, 2 months agoThe only drawback is that on some websites, it cannot recognize the login fields, even though it can recognize the password field. It would be useful to have a setting where I can manually specify which field is for the username and which is for the password for a specific website.
