Every time I connected to any server, I lost my internet connection. I paid for this service and stopped using it after the last update. Just another wasted app.

Doesn't work for private windows. As soon as I load up a private window in firefox, both firefox windows no longer connect through the proxy. Once the private window is close, the normal window loads instantly and works again

Made an account just to complain about this addon, uninstalled then added back. Never works and just always says "something went wrong"....thanks for the beautiful description of the issue. 10/10 great help...

Rubbish extension that doesn't work. It always shows a successful connection, then craps itself a few seconds later and reports "Failed to connect. Try again later.".

When it works it's great... sadly, 4 out 5 times it either:
- complains "there is something wrong with my connection" even though I can browse normally without any VPN connection
- does not connect to anything (i.e. takes forever "connecting" just to fail in the end)
- connects but then literally blocks all possible traffic... cannot load a single page when it's on

Sorry for the rant, but here it goes.

They removed Socks and http servers for the country I used for years without notifying. So my only option to using a proxy in the browser only is this addon (without putting my whole connection over a vpn tunnel through the windows app).

Guess what, you can't pick which server you want to connect on this addon, only the country. Not only that, but disconnecting and reconnecting will connect you to the same exact server! So if the site does not work with given server, that's it, you can't select a different one from the same country.

I would rate 0 if I could, stay away guys. I have been a client of theirs for 5+ years but not anymore. Removing features overnight and forcing you to use this terrible addon is unprofessional.

Why does the add-on require me to allow it to run in private windows? What if I don't want to use it in private windows anyway? Does it just want to collect some data when I use a private window, which exists to prevent tracking to a certain level? Kinda ironic for a VPN/Proxy Service...

Edit because of the Developer response: "You may choose to enable or disable this permission when installing the add-on, as well as in the Menu > Extensions section." No, I can't and that's the issue: If I do this the extension won't work any more, if I click on it it just tells me that the "Permission to run in private windows is required by Firefox for the extension to work." even in regular, non private/incognito windows.

July 2021: Yeah, it just stops letting me log in completely.

Barely works.

edit: More information in the litany of other complaints:
- Logs out frequently
- Speeds are super slow and unable to reset or connect to another server in this app.
- Often freezes and at a load, requires full close of all browsers to fix it
- "Failed to connect. Try again later." error for no discernible reason
- unable to select individual servers (like the desktop app) - heck, unable to see the server name to check if that server is good or bad. No way to just "connect to the next best server" if one doesn't work. You're left with disconnecting and reconnecting...
- Good lord are the speeds slow. Holy cow. Just thought I'd add that in a 2nd time.

This is really, really slow. Works fine with Chrome, but somehow the Firefox extension takes forever to load pages.

Great idea, love the functionality but I've got the same problem as many others - it's logging me out each session. Fresh OS instalation / browser.

Entering credentials is annoying as modal dissapear, and form is not keepassxc friendly, so it's really for the ones using unique mail (+in gmail) and complex password

Please consider different way of providing credentials.

With both issues fixed (no log out, easier credentials entry) I would give 5 *
