Thanks for the extension, but as of 4/28/2026 downloading videos isn't working properly (unless it's from a regular profile page; downloading videos after directly opening video link or through reels tab or through stories does NOT work)

It worked great until a few days ago. Unfortunately, the download function no longer works properly. Photos almost always work, but downloading videos is no longer possible. I would be happy if someone took a look at it and the problem can be solved.

My normal download doesn't work with videos after new IG update. Hope this one keeps working.

Update 08/02/2024: This beautiful addon once again stopped working completely:
For a few days before it helped to change from the "timeline view" by clicking on the number of commentaries to switch to the "single post view overlay" to get things working.
Since 2-3 days this doesn't help anymore. The "download" und "multiple download"- icons are still visible, but clicking on them does nothing.

currently not working with highlights of previous stories.

It don't work now in stories correctly. Pls fix it.

After updating to version 1.2.2 it no longer works for regular photo posts or in the main timeline. The only time the download arrow appears for me now is on Stories and Reels. Was working fine prior to the update. I disabled all other add-ons to make sure there was no conflict as well. Hope it gets fixed as this was the only app of it's kind still working.
