来自 Firefox 用户 14247818， 5 年前The extension keeps logging me out. When I try to log back in it says it is successful but then it will not quick connect. I have to remove the extension and reinstall it for it to work. Seems like a lot of other people are having the same issues with the extension. The only way I feel comfortable knowing the VPN is working is when the extension shows it is active. Why have the extension if it is not going to work. This started happening about 2 weeks ago.

I didn't install any of the other features they offer so there's no point to allow this permission since I'm not using their password manager or other stuff.

I use extensions on Firefox, Brave & Chrome browsers at the same time. So I can be in multiple countries simultaneously.
I have been a happy customer for 9 years, and I've just added another two years to my subscription.
I have used several other VPNs over the years to compare speed, stability and availability. No surprises, NordVPN comes out on top for me.开发者回应

If anything our support team is ready to help 24/7 at support.nordvpn.com. -G.M.- What a horrid experience. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was a total waste of a hundred dollars plus a Private IP address that does not allow a simple Google search. Oh, if you are a software engineer or developer, I am sure it's great. For someone just wanting privacy and to stay out of the mainstream, forget it. They don't have time to help you with anything. They simply want your money. 26 pages of 1 STAR REVIEWS says it all. 26 pages of people hosed.
