Serves to dissuade you from going on distracting websites, but doesn't completely prevent you if you actually need to watch a quick youtube video or look at a reddit post, so you don't end up disabling it in annoyance.

Despite its simplicity, it's a great extension. Just adds enough resistance to something you do automatically without any thinking. Which makes you think for a second "Do I really want to do this right now? or Is it just muscle memory and bad habits that brought me here?". Totally recommend for anyone struggling to decrease their usage for time wasting website and be more mindful on what you spend your time on. There's an app as well for those who don't know, available for both Android and iOS.
