Doesn't outright block it, so if there is a relevant link to a reddit thread or similar it just adds a little loading time. But for the habitual visits to social media sites it's brilliant, and more often than I realize I just wrote the address to the site on autopilot but had no real interest in visiting it.

I put the time at 20 seconds, and it is just enough that it makes me change my mind about going to sites, unless I have an actual thing I want to do there.
