no app for arm hardware so far as I can tell - Diberi peringkat 4 dari 5oleh Lucy, 2 tahun yang laluWorks nice if you have a paid subscription. Though, would be wonderful to implement reverse version of the split-tunneling, when only sites specified are routed through the VPN.
E.g. if I'm ok with revealing my ip to most of the sites I visit, or I already route all the home network traffic through a local Proton server, but I want to completely hide my location from selected few sites. For them I'd like Firefox to automatically route the connection through a secure-core network. Currently it is only available when you manually connect and disconnect the extension as needed, and I often forget to do so.
Otherwise, a very useful extension - Diberi peringkat 2 dari 5oleh MB, 2 tahun yang laluIncredibly flaky VPN connection. I can be happiliy browsing then things .... just ... stop. Then I look at the extension icon and it's a warning yellow. It's disconnected with no notification. So I click to reconnect and a notification shows "Connected", BUT the actual window still shows connecting, and more often than not that connection actually fails.
It's got nice features with split tunneling and so on, but way too frustrating to use regularly. - Diberi peringkat 1 dari 5oleh infinitecrafter, 2 tahun yang laluThe proton vpn desktop version is free but this is not.
- Diberi peringkat 1 dari 5oleh Pengguna Firefox 18245572, 2 tahun yang laluproton has free vpn service in desktop but this extension won't work if you're not premium plan, LOL
- Diberi peringkat 1 dari 5oleh siam, 2 tahun yang laluwent through all the steps to get it to work, made an account, whatever– and when i opened the extension to turn it on, all the countries are grayed out and the only button available is one telling me to upgrade my plan. i got this extension because it was supposed to be free. clearly, it is not. incredibly disappointed.
- Diberi peringkat 1 dari 5oleh Blue, 2 tahun yang laluHaving to occassionaly enter my Proton username and password at random times, which renders Firefox unusable until I enter that Proton log in information, is extremely annoying.
And btw, for some reason my Proton log in didn't work for this extension (I use a password manager, so not only do I know my log in info is correct, I was able to log into my Proton account via the Proton website).
I had to close Firefox and disable this extension. - Diberi peringkat 1 dari 5oleh KnOwlEdge, 2 tahun yang laluRIDICULOUS decision.
A free addon for paying users.
Who on freaking earth, heaven and hell came up with this amusing idea?
And they don't even write it clearly in the short description right next to "add to firefox", which is as far as most of us go when downloading something with a good reputation.
Seriously, who can be so greedy and mean to make such an addon only available to paying users?
Another famous VPN also offers 10GB free monthly and they offer an addon for everybody.
It totally makes sense.
There are already enough downsides with the free account. Let people use the app, so they can see if they like it. Not everybody wants a system wide VPN!
So not customer friendly.
And their people in Reddit even removed my post when I was asking about this.
I swear I will never pay for anything Proton now. EVER. - Diberi peringkat 5 dari 5oleh Boogus, 2 tahun yang lalu

- Diberi peringkat 5 dari 5oleh DiogoDP, 2 tahun yang laluThis extension is very useful, especially when some websites don't allow me to use a VPN when accessing them.
I am able to exclude these sites from the VPN without having to disable it completely, as used to happen with apps or when importing the Wireguard file on Linux.
Now I've migrated to this extension and I'm very satisfied! - Diberi peringkat 1 dari 5oleh FV, 2 tahun yang laluПоменяйте зеркала для логина, а то в расширение даже не зайти без ВПНа

Is it paid in the browser only? I don't understand anything... - Diberi peringkat 5 dari 5oleh Pengguna Firefox 14013631, 2 tahun yang lalu

- Diberi peringkat 2 dari 5oleh Pengguna Firefox 13594626, 2 tahun yang laluThe Proton VPN service is good, but the extension is incredibly buggy. After every time I restart my browser, wake up my computer from sleep, or just randomly when it loses the connection, the only way to reconnect is to disable the extension then enable it again. Sometimes I have to do this multiple times to make it work.
