Please dont remove the extension and dont stop the syncing also. I like this app alot

Notes being useful from the sidebar of your desktop, and as a quick list on your phone, stood out as one of the most useful (but simple) cross platform applications available. No competition.

With Notes (and Send) I was pleasantly surprised that there was a company that still cared about making tools to use the internet.

I would gladly pay a subscription for access to high quality internet utilities like Notes (and Send) that make my life easier. With Mozilla looking for diversified revenue streams surely this is something that could be tried?

Hopefully a solution is found to keep it alive...

I absolutely love this addon. I use it all the time and am very disappointed that it will be discontinued in November.

This addon was my go-to for ideas, shopping lists, reminders, a quick copy/paste from the office computer to home or vis-versa.

Now I have to look for something else.

"Add to notes" right click menu entry removes paragraph. All the paragraphed texts are getting joined. This makes the note text somewhat garbled. You are well capable of adding an option for keeping paragraphs.

Again, adding a floating button for selected text will make it easier to send the text to the note.

If you are determined to shut it down, who can stop you! None. But please give a second thought about keeping NOTES alive.

Notes by Firefox is a really good extension for note taking within browser but saddly the extension is being discontinued after November 1, 2020

Please don't discontinue Notes, it's really useful and super handy!
I've been using it everyday. There is no alternative add on that could replace this.

Uso muito prático, além de ter maior privacidade e segurança que as demais plataformas de notas em nuvem por usar o Firefox Sync (que usa criptografia ponta-a-ponta). Infelizmente está sendo descontinuado (em 01/11/2020)

A great idea, but poorly executed. Lots of bugs and performance issues. This morning it won't open at all.

I always wanted a lightweight and more-or-less-trustworthy notebook service and it's exactly what this cuteness delivers. It understands all necessary formatting markers, the extension is great, and it even works well, - which I didn't expected at all after the phone app refused to work for two months shortly after it's announcement. You can't insert images though - at least for now - which is really sad, although understandable. Standing by for updates - I really could use some more powerful formatting tools and images.

Please add right to left language support

Perfect app to support a note-light workflow. I really hope that Mozilla can pick up the development. Although the app works well from the side panel and the Android app is nice and clean, there is an annoying bug where you need to log in quite often in the Android app. This is the only thing that disturbs an otherwise clean, easy, safe and open source experience.
