Not sure how to reconcile this, so maybe this should be 4 stars. But it IS frustrating when sites block me because I'm on VPN and there appears no way around that. Then I get dropped often and reconnected or connected to Canada and something like Pandora thinks I'm out of the country and won't play my music. I'm finding that I'm having to pause it more than seems worthwhile, but I go back to my original statement about not seeing the protection/benefits I'm getting.

Sometimes the VPN suddenly disconnects, displaying "authentication error" or "subscription expired." Usually, it can be fixed by reconnecting, but occasionally I have to enable the extension (in Brave Browser) or, in some cases, I need to log in again to resolve the issue (like today with Firefox). In the past, when I used Nord, I even had to reinstall the add-on, so this is an improvement, but I would like to see a bit more stability.Resposta do desenvolvedor

But I was told that it was not available on the extension and there was no date when it will be. Seems a hotch-potch of things, no co-ordination.

Currently, the Dedicated IP feature isn't available on our browser extensions, but we understand the importance of having it there and will be looking into adding it in the future. For now, you can use the Surfshark app to access this feature.
