Annoying piece of junk begging for writing a review and moving away the UI element I am trying to click.

Well, congrats. Now you have one more.

A solid tool overall, but its usefulness is limited in my case. I have two accounts (personal and work) and there's no way to switch between them directly from the plugin. I have to open the desktop app to do it, which defeats the speed advantage of having a browser extension. Adding account switching to the plugin would make it much more practical for users with multiple accounts.

Works flawlessly across all my devices, I never had any issues using Proton Pass!

Not gonna lie, degoogling would have been much harder otherwise - and I cant thank proton enough for providing such quality services for free, with privacy in mind - and without any bloat.

As a paid user of Proton's services, I find this mostly excellent. There are three annoying limitations at this time:

1. It is dependent on password and TOTP rather than supporting passkey authentication to log into the extension.

2. Its SimpleLogin alias notes don't sync to the alias description at SimpleLogin.

3. It won't offer to save credentials after you submit them, only before. So you might save credentials that are rejected. If you don't save them, the list of generated passwords isn't the easiest to discover.

It is 2026 and they still don't have biometrics login for the extension.

Asked me to rate - Very impressive service, easy to use , cheap and amazingly secure. And it looks cool as heck to have a proton.me email :P

Great extension. My only gripe is the amount of paid for stuff you are locked behind. Otherwise, very useful.
