Update: Thank you Net_Hunter_90s for your important review post! I too have wondered why there has not been an update for over 14 months. And also noticed this add-on does not seem to function correctly or at all. The author gives the impression he has abandoned this project.
Like some other FF users, I also run with many tabs and several FF windows - so the functional purpose of this add-on is very important to me. Very unhappy that it is not functioning as designed. Please, please fix it !!!

- 评分 5 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 18862493， 21 天前I'm a little bit of a tab hoarder... And that results in all of my 32GB of RAM filling up all the time. Then I need to close the browser and open it again, to free up my RAM. My next planned step before knowing about this extension was to buy more RAM.
But this extension fixes the problem. All tabs that are not used just get their resources freed after some time. How this is not a standard feature in Firefox baffles me...
